The red and black on Electro-Witch's face really caught my eye when I first saw her. It was a shame that the robot arms were used, otherwise the red detailing to the black outfit worked pretty well.

Electro-Witch would like to politely dispute the Judge's downgrading based on the arms. I realize the Judge is busy, but there is an actual back-story reason for the arms, summarized in the character description. As a matter of fact the trauma that led to the arms was the primary motivation for her becoming a hero.
