Costume Judge really really liked Electro-Witch's second costume until he saw the robot arms were still there. Red bandana, glasses, really white skin, busy, yet not crazy red details to the body. It was on its way to a good solid 8-9.

Electro-Witch would also like to politely dispute the Judge's score of this costume. As detailed in the comment on my first costume (just below this one) there is an origin story reason for the arms (and for that matter the mask). Besides one can't very well change arms when one changes costumes, that would be silly.
